Nutrition is a key determinant of health. Nutrition is also part of the prevention and treatment for acute and chronic diseases.
Emerging evidence shows that COVID-19 is associated with negative outcomes in older, comorbid individuals. Nutrition could possibly determine the outcome of a patient with COVID-19. There is not yet enough evedience or studies that prove nutrition is benign or detrimental for COVID-19 aftereffects, but we can all boost our immune system through wellness; here I will describe some ways to do just that.
